    1. The magnolias are almost at the end of their bloom cycle, but they do sweeten the air while they last.

  2. Aw, I miss those fantastic big Magnolia blooms. Though some people do grow various Magnolias up here, it's not the same as having them and the fragrance everywhere.

    1. There are many beauties in the magnolia family, but nothing really compares, I think, to the southern magnolia.

    1. Yes, Anastasia and gardeninacity, magnolias can be very messy trees but, at this time of year, when they are in bloom, we absolve them of all their sins.
